ImportAlliance Summer Meet 2014 Autocross

Saturday July 19, 2014 and Sunday July 20, 2014

The fee for participation is $50 per driver per day. The autocross fee does not include entry into the Summer meet. You will have to pay the $20 for admission into the event. The $20 for admission will be paid at the gate (if you come to the event on Saturday and pay the $20 for admission please wear your wristband so that you will not be charged again). If you have passengers in your car they will also be charged $20 per person for admission.

You will not have to work the event. We will have staff picking up cones and working the track.

Schedule

7:30am - 8:30am Driver check-in and tech inspection
8:30am - 9am Drivers meeting
9am - 12pm Track is hot
12pm - 1pm Lunch
1pm - 1:30pm Drivers second meeting
1:30pm - 4pm Track is hot
4pm Track goes cold

Achievement Awards

The fastest lap time of the day will be awarded $75 and a free ImportAlliance t-shirt. Second fastest lap time will receive $25 and a free ImportAlliance t-shirt. Third fastest lap time will get a free ImportAlliance t-shirt.

Rules:

-Must have helmet with a sa2005 and up rating. We will have some available for you to use if you do not have your own.
-Must wear closed toe shoes.
-Driver must not be intoxicated or under the influence of any substance
-No loose articles in the car. Floormats must be taken out.
-No fluid leaks.
-Battery must be securely tied down
-Vehicle must have ALL the wheel studs and lug nuts securely on.
-Vehicle must not have anything hanging or dragging from it.
-All body panels must be securely attached to vehicle.
-No passenger in the vehicle unless it's another participant helping out.
-Passenger must have a helmet on.
-Driver/owner of entry vehicle shall use good judgment to see if their vehicle is fit to participate in the event.
-1 sec for every cone knocked down or pushed out of their chalk box.
-If you wipe out a whole section of cones you will automaticly DNF(did not finish) that run.
-No drifting on purpose.
-Long pants/shorts and at least a short sleeve shirt must be warn. No tank tops will be permitted.
-Cameras or video equipment must be properly secured.
-All times will be posted when available. Please do not disturb the track workers.
-All drivers must be on time for the drivers meeting. If you do not attend you will not be allowed to run until the drivers meeting after lunch.

To be eligible for the payout. Tires must be a treadware of 140 and above. You may run a tire with less than 140 treadware but you will not be eligible for the payout.
